Ashigaru Footmen - Character Concept Art

I made this for a peraonal project, I am working on an idea for a MOBA/strategy wargame idea based on Sengoku Jidai era Japan. Very Much Samurai Warriors inspired. These guys are basically the most basic unit in the game. They are freshly recruited Ashigaru foot Soldiers that are not yet trained and get given basic left over weaponry and armor. Once they get enough training they will end up specialising in either melee or range and the best and most experienced soldiers might become sqaud leaders or standard bearers.
